The Min Ma-Sha Kennel is one of the oldest and most renowned kennels in Germany and Europe with numerous champions and titles won in its history. The Min Ma-Sha Kennel breeds since 1972 and always was proud of its successful salukis - fine and lovely companions of their owners.
The Saluki or Persian Greyhound
is doubtlessly the earliest known domesticated dog, which came from the Middle East, Iran, the Arabian peninsula right up to Turkey. The Saluki hasn't changed for centuries and now is also bred in Europe .
The saluki, used for hunting for an immemorial time, is an intelligent and sensitive dog. He always is a wonderful companion and inmate in the house. He is an active, alert dog with individuell character, clean and calm in the house and active outdoors.
The saluki is affectionate towards his owner but reserved towards strangers. He occasionally likes to reward you with a nudge of the nose. He likes to lie close to you but not roll in your lap, and there is always a restraint that is pleasing.
